Well, we made it to UT. We are pretty much all settled in, except that we are all fighting this awful cold/flu. It is never fun to have to take care of kids when you have a fever and chills and are just plain tired. A big thanks to Nate who, as always, is picking up where I am slacking off. He's been helping a ton with the boys and I was able to get a little extra sleep today. Hopefully we are coming to the end of it.
Little Barty is still just as sweet and precious and tiny as ever.
A little over a week ago he weighed 7 lbs 3 oz, which is still so tiny. But I can tell he is gaining weight and starting to fill out a little.
With the time change, he is now waking 2 times a night, but he has been going right back to sleep after each feeding, which my other kids never did, so that is very nice.
Asher and Sayer are doing great with all the changes. They both love their little baby brother and tell everyone they meet about him. Sayer LOVES to hold him.
He always says "I hold it" and then sits on the chair and asks for the pillow to lay him on. Then he gives him kisses and looks at his little hands and feet. It's so sweet. Asher loves to hold him too. My favorite thing with Asher is that he always calls Bart, "Bartlett". It sounds so cute, I can't even explain, but I love it. Both boys seem to be embracing their big brother roles and seem so much older. Instead of trying to stay the baby, it seems like Sayer is just trying to be more of big kid like Asher. He wants to do everything that Asher does and gets really sad when he is left out. They both love the house and being able to play in the backyard. We got them both scooters as kind of a "baby gift" and they are loving them. Especially Asher, who rides like a pro and loves to go fast. Sayer had some accidents from going too fast and lack of control, so he is very reserved on it now, but still likes to keep trying.
Anyway... so there's a little update from us. Hopefully there will be more posts coming soon. It is amazing the things I can get done now that I am feeling better! :)

Welcome back! I'll bet you feel like you're drowning in space, or will when you feel healthy again. That's rotten, so good luck. I love sayer's hair and good luck chunking up Bart. Baby Z is a chunk and a half already and I'm already missing that newborn look.
oh he's so precious! i can't wait to meet him! i LOVE that picture of sayer talking and smiling at bart with asher just grinning at the camera. they both look so pleased to have a baby brother.
So since you are in Utah are you coming to Santa Cruz? I have been stressing about bringing Harrison. How am I going to keep him warm? Anyway, I am glad you are in Utah. I miss that place sometimes. It is always good to go back and visit.
alys, no we are not going to santa cruz. i wish. but we thought it would be a bit much to drive there and then drive back for a family reunion here on the 1st. plus we didn't think we should take a 4 week old. you just need to break out the blanket sleepers and hats and gloves, sweatshirts and coat for harrison. when i took sayer he was 3 months old and i don't think i ever took off his little pilot cap, not even at night. maybe you should get one of those. it's hanna andersen (sp?) they are awesome. have fun!!
Hey Morgan! What a cute family you have. Congrats on the newest addition. Hey I was just checking out my old buddy, Elisabeth Williams on Facebook and saw you guys are friends. She is such an awesome gal. I'm glad you got to know her. Crazy small world.
The pictures of Bart, remind me a lot of Sayers baby pictures. So cute. I am glad to see you doing so well.
Hey Morgan--I don't know what your email address is, but we're going to NYC for a month this summer (job training for my hubby), and I wanted to ask you the best means of transporting kids. Mine will be 2.5 and 1, and I don't really have the dough for a special stroller. We have two umbrellas that can hook together, and a double, but it's pretty bulky (we also have a BOB jogger but it's a side-by-side). Anyway, sorry to clutter your comments section with this junk! If you could email me at chrissie.tsaturyan@gmail.com, I would be totally appreciative! Thanks!
Your boys are all so adorable!! I especially love all of Sayer's curls - just precious!!
Congrats Morgan and boys! We got the announcement - so fun.
Wo! I am so out of touch! My husband doesn't tell me anything! I found your blog on Facebook -- finally I'm connected!
You had another baby!?! I had no idea! A HUGE congratulations! I'm so glad you are back here for the summer. We need to have you guys over. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you.
Your boys are so grown up! I can't wait to hear about all of your NY adventures.
Love you!
P.S. He's adorable!
I would love to see you sometime now that you're back in Utah! Maybe we could take the kids swimming or something!? Hope you're doing well!
