Sunjaya is finally gone. I'm sure he's a nice kid and all, but I am sorry, he reminds me of Michael Jackson (and not because he is an awesome singer/song writer and has killer dance moves) but more in the child molester, weird, femme arena. So sad! But all the same, I am glad we can just focus on the good people now.

I whole-heartedly concur, sister. I was literally so excited when he was in the bottom three....then two...and he's gone! He was just not up to the caliber of the other performers. Ellen and I decided that Sanjaya on American Idol was equivalent to either of us being on American Idol...we can carry a tune, but are by no means the next big recording artist.
P.S. I was very disturbed by Blake being in the bottom three. I thought Chris was going to be the one leaving, and he wasn't even in the bottom!
amen, sista! i like the way ellen put it... "oh thank you, jesus!" jillian, you should really write a post about that.
although utterly shocked that blake was in the bottom three (not because he was stellar on tuesday, because he wasn't - but just because he is a favorite of so many)...I was THRILLED that sanjaya left. I'm with jillian - thought it would be chris in the bottom three...the next few weeks could hold more excitement than expected! i'm a jordin fan.
Totally agree! we were so excited ! I was worried that it would be a Lakisha upset ( she was horrible tuesday) instead of Sanjaya finally going home. but Thank heavens . It was a gots to go situation!!! NOw Chris needs to go next week.
Well, I have to say that I too concur with all that has been said by Morgan and the other posters. It should have been Chris instead of Blake in the bottom three. He's next week ;). I think it's going to come down to Jordin, Melinda and Blake. You should have heard Hailey scream when Sanjaya came on stage Tuesday night. She's pretty creeped out by him.
